Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Ucleva (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Company admins are responsible for the actions of users in their organization.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Paystack on a monthly or annual cycle. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits.
- No use of the copilot or models to generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Ucleva a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for your organization.
5. AI output
The Service generates AI output that may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for business decisions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access for security or non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ucleva's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by your local consumer law.
