Ucleva ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered workforce transformation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to ucleva.com and all related products and services (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, organization, role, profile information.
• Usage data: modules viewed, lessons completed, copilot prompts, deliverables shipped, login and device metadata.
• Content you provide: projects, deliverables, files, messages, and knowledge documents you upload.
• Billing data: processed by our payment partner (Paystack); we store transaction references and plan metadata only.

2. How we use data

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• Personalize modules, copilot output, and workforce analytics.
• Send transactional notifications (assignments, deadline reminders, weekly admin digests). You can manage these in Notification Preferences.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Legal bases

We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (improving the Service, security), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI model providers). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription, and for up to 90 days after termination for backup and audit purposes.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your home country. We use standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
